I personally don't like the tighter/lycra biking pants, and prefer more all purpose athletic gear something I can efficiently bike in, but can also hike/climb/run/lounge in. The ideal happy medium I've found is gramicci pants. They're bomb proof, breathe pretty well, have a slim enough cut not to be a chain tangle risk, and they're really comfy.,
